VOIS is a state-of-the-art vocal implant designed to restore speech, improve swallowing, and reduce aspiration risks in patients with unilateral vocal fold paralysis. With quick surgical time, customizable sizes, and immediate voice outcomes, VOIS is the modern solution for lasting vocal rehabilitation.
VOIS (Vocal Implant System) is an innovative implant designed to treat UVFP by repositioning the paralyzed vocal fold closer to the midline. This allows the healthy fold to meet it properly during speech, improving vocal closure and airflow. Unlike traditional methods, VOIS uses a suture-sliding system for precise placement and long-lasting stability — with minimal surgical trauma and quick recovery.
The implant is made of soft, biocompatible material and is available in three sizes, making it suitable for a wide range of patients.

With VOIS, your voice is not just restored — it's optimized.
From diagnosis to surgery and follow-up, our clinic provides full support for your voice rehabilitation. During your consultation, your ENT specialist will assess your vocal folds using endoscopy or stroboscopy. If you’re a candidate, the VOIS procedure will be performed under general anesthesia. Most patients go home the same day and begin noticing changes in their voice within days.
Speech therapy may be recommended after the procedure to fine-tune vocal performance and ensure long-term success.
